Many other photographs available, this very rare item is purchaseable at $4000 plus carriage charges within the U.S.A.i.e. UPS No documentation needed within the U.S.A.  Had this been from the U.K. it would need C.I.T.E.S. permit and of course relevant clearances for shipping across the Atlantic, likely cost of same about $1,000 on top of purchase.
